This core philosophy at CRC is implemented with a formal training programme, incorporating all salon team members being given role playing training on their induction day, called the "Perfect Client Journey" showing examples of good customer care using CRC's unique Customer Care concept.

All the team at each and every moment of every day must be at the top of their game. Thus, the team members themselves assist each other in developing their skills; creating a tremendously strong work and team ethic.

Regular refresher courses are held with all the team from Saturday staff to managers, including all ancillary staff, to ensure the customer care message is kept strong and present for clients to enjoy their salon visit..

In 1985, Charles and Karen Dodds opened a salon in the up and coming Leeds suburb of Chapel Allerton. Their vision to create a new type of luxury hairdressing salon that would bring the very best of hairdressing services and the latest hair fashions to Yorkshire and beyond.

During this time, the salon attracted and continued to attract many awards and Cutting Room Creative's hairdressing talents are used both nationally and internationally for shows and photo-shoots.
